This class is all about athletic performance. Proper warm up techniques, weightlifting, body skills, flexibility and nutrition are the tools provided to build a true athletic foundation for teenage athletes at any level. The recommended ages range between 14 and 18.
Classes are weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm at SF CrossFit.
